What the photographer likes about the image:	The richness of the blues in the ice. How the frame echoes the look of the image.
Techniques Used:	Shot with slide film, scanned into the computer with a Nikon slide scanner. Edge effect added with Extensis Photo Frame filter. Output back as a slide with a film recorder and used as part of a slide show.
Things to notice:	Resolution of image remained high from film to digital back to film. Slide file was an 18 MB high-resolution format, on screen is only 400 K. Hard to tell the difference on-screen between images shot with a digital camera and those shot with a 35 mm film camera.
