What the photographer likes about the image:	It was a good shot of my cat, but the lighting was too dark, so I played around with the picture in Photoshop and voila!
Techniques Used:	I used the Artistic- Watercolor filter in Adobe Photoshop.
Things to notice:	A photograph can be made to look like a painting with very little effort. Still took skill to get a good close up of a finicky cat.
